Eqon Consulting LLC ("Eqon", "we", "us") runs performance audience targeting for advertisers. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the acquisition services we operate for our clients.

Where we determine the purposes and means of processing, we act as a controller. When we process data on behalf of an advertiser under their instructions, we act as a processor or service provider, and that client's privacy notice governs as well.

02Information we collect

The data we handle depends on how you interact with us.

• Information you provide. Name, work email, company, and message content when you contact us or request a proposal.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our site or interact with campaigns we operate, we and our partners may collect device and browser identifiers, IP address, pages or ads viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies.
• Advertising and intent signals. In the course of running acquisition for clients, we process pseudonymous identifiers, ad interaction events, and modeled audience signals used to reach high-intent users and measure conversions.
• Information from partners. We receive data from advertising platforms, publishers, measurement vendors, and data providers, including conversion events and audience attributes, subject to their terms and applicable consent.

05Advertising and audience targeting

Our business is performance advertising. We and our partners use cookies, device identifiers, and modeled signals to show relevant ads, expand audiences, and attribute conversions. We work with pseudonymous identifiers wherever possible and apply suppression and fraud controls to keep audiences clean. We do not knowingly use sensitive categories of data to target individuals.

06Your choices and rights

07Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Campaign and measurement data are retained under our agreements with clients and partners and applicable legal requirements.

08Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for cross-border transfers.

10Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy
